Cali Baila was founded in 2024 by Mabel Escobar and Bartolo Hoffmann to promote Salsa Caleña and Cali Salsa Culture in the Netherlands. Through Social events like La Epoca and a congress named Cali Baila the founders set the first step to promote Salsa Caleña to the Dutch audience.
